My story
The beginning
I've always had a thing for yoga and spirituality. From a young age, I've been fascinated with meditation, and when my career was going haywire and I couldn't decide what to do with life, I made meditation my life boat. It helped me pass through some toughest phases of my life.
Since the inauguration of International Yoga Day, a lot has changed in our perspective towards yoga. Everyone has become more aware of the benefits of it and as an avid and life-long learner, I take pride in keeping up with the knowledge in order to be able to provide you with the expert care you deserve.


My vision
I believe that everyone should be allowed to feel confident and good in their bodies, regardless of their age, sex, or social class. That's why I've worked hard to use various tools provided in ancient texts and scriptures to help people at all the levels of existence. I believe that Yoga is not a workout regime but a lifestyle and have been trying to convey this message ever since through my approach while planning sessions and guiding people in their journeys.

Our sessions consist of asanas, pranayama and meditation practices. They are designed with finesse to help the individual grow on all levels of existence.
